When will my order move?
After authorization, handling usually takes 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives the parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Consult the Shipping Policy for shipping information.
Can I return or exchange an item?
A request may cover a problem item or an eligible non-defective item that is still new, unused and in original condition. This includes a change of mind or a mistaken option choice. Submit the request within 30 days after delivery. Approval is required before mailing; see the Refund Policy.
What about the return label and refund?
